Using narrative inquiry to unfold thoughts and perceptions

Narrative inquiry: a tool to lead you to review and reflect
The real purpose of narrative inquiry approach is to help us to think and reflect on what we have been doing or what we observe. The effectiveness depends on how precise and detailed we describe and illustrate and how clear the story line is. The story line guides us to think and structure what is in our minds. This restructuring process helps us to organize and understand ourselves and therefore we clearly understand our own voices and thinking.

It can be said that it's rather good little article, I like it. Narrative inquiry is a great tool to understand ourselves as well.
Lots of inspiration to you.
