A dream that may not be easy to catch up or even touch on. Life may be your notion to live up your dreams. Your dreams are awaiting for you. Why don't you move and attempt it? Narrative inquiry: a tool to lead you to review and reflect
The real purpose of narrative inquiry approach is to help us to think and reflect on what we have been doing or what we observe. The effectiveness depends on how precise and detailed we describe and illustrate and how clear the story line is. The story line guides us to think and structure what is in our minds. This restructuring process helps us to organize and understand ourselves and therefore we clearly understand our own voices and thinking. Teacher leadership: what is it?
Is it equal to educational leadership? Is it the same as principalship? In the 21st century educators always talk about skills development. However, it never violates knowledge construction or knowledge creation. In short words knowledge is constructed when we have skills to help us to build knowledge. Without skills, on the contrary, we cannot build knowledge when having no basis in establishing certain frames to explore new knowledge or build on knowledge.
