In the 21st century educators always talk about skills development. However, it never violates knowledge construction or knowledge creation. In short words knowledge is constructed when we have skills to help us to build knowledge. Without skills, on the contrary, we cannot build knowledge when having no basis in establishing certain frames to explore new knowledge or build on knowledge.
